This part came with some material challenges. Initially, we tested the part in Hard from Photocentric. It purportedly passed the tests from the customer. Mistakes were made which resulted in the part being mass produced in a different material that was thought to be better than hard. When the product was used by consumers, it failed consistently. We investigated and did a warranty print. That failed too.
We had to overexpose each layer of this part and print it in hard. Success, finally.
