This Pistol Grip shows what latticing can look like. Latticing can save on material costs while maintaining functional durability. It is useful for lightweight applications.

Cather Venturi

Material: IND405 Clear from Loctite

This catheter venturi shows that we can do transparent parts as well as parts with small holes or channels. The design was created by Josh from our design team based only on a photo of the part used in hospitals across the globe.

Data Tag IND 475

Material: IND 475 from Loctite

This tag shows one of the most flexible options that Merit3D uses. It was modeled using Solidworks and textured with Blender.

Promotional Pen from Merit3D

Material: DL240 Plant Based from Photocentric

This pen shows what is possible with promotional pens. The design came from Merit3D. 50% of the raw materials for this rigid resin came from plants. It is a more environmentally friendly option, offering a substantial reduction in Carbon emissions when produced compared to other resins.

Epoxy Hanger

Material: Durable from Photocentric

This is the part that was done for Adhesives Technologies. We received a 1 million part order from them to alleviate a pressing pain point. The customer received parts in weeks. This part shows how quickly design and production can happen with Merit3D. Read the news article here

Texture Block

Material: DL110 HB from Photocentric

This block shows more of the textures we can implement into customer orders. It also shows what a hollow part looks like and feels like. Hollowing parts is a common practice in resin printing, requiring drain holes.
